It's 10 degrees warmer in the state center versus the coast and it can be 10 degrees colder in the mountains. The state’s average temperature ranges from 20 degrees with a drop of 10 to 12 degrees during winter.
DRIVERS LICENSE
You have 30 days to registering your car and obtain a new state license, which you can complete once you have gained employment. This can be taken care of at any local DMV.
